- Full Refund: If a booking is canceled within 24 hours of making the reservation and at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a full refund will be issued.

- Partial Refund: If a booking is canceled more than 24 hours after making the reservation but at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a partial refund will be issued after deducting a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount.

- No Refund: If a booking is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be issued.

- Full Refund: If a booking is canceled within 1 hour of making the reservation and at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a full refund will be issued.

- Partial Refund: If a booking is canceled more than 1 hour after making the reservation but at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a partial refund will be issued after deducting a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount.

- No Refund: If a booking is canceled less than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy

- All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

- Refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment used for booking. For instance, if the payment was made using a credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card.

- Any applicable service charges, booking fees, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
